Return Policy
At Arrxw’s Coffee™, every bag of coffee is roasted fresh and made to order. To offer the lowest possible prices on premium, small-batch coffee, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.
Because coffee is perishable, we follow strict guidelines for replacements and shipping issues:
- Returned coffee is not accepted unless your delivery was damaged or incorrect.
- Express shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, etc.) is non-refundable.
- Ground shipping may be refunded only if your order arrived damaged due to a shipping error on our part.
Time is of the essence. If your coffee arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are unable to process replacements after that timeframe.
Non-Coffee Items (Barista Gear, Tools, and Accessories)
Products like tampers, knock boxes, kettles, and other barista tools are shipped from our trusted partners and are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or mistaken orders.
- All non-coffee items are final sale.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We do not process exchanges or returns after 48 hours.
